Full-stack Liquid Cooling Product Matrix Unveiled for the First Time
At this exhibition, NTK’s three major product lines cover a complete liquid cooling technology matrix spanning single-device to cluster-level deployment, as well as single-phase to two-phase solutions, addressing heat dissipation requirements across diverse power densities and application scenarios.

NTK All-in-One (AIO) Liquid Cooling Radiator is designed for AI workstations, edge computing and small-to-medium server scenarios. Highly integrated with cold plate, pump, pipelines and heat exchanger, the product is pre-charged with coolant before delivery for plug-and-play deployment. Featuring a high-reliability pump design and precision microchannel cold plate structure, it delivers efficient heat transfer within a compact footprint, effectively reducing deployment complexity and maintenance costs.
NTK Single-Phase Liquid Cooling System targets mainstream server thermal management in data centers. Centered on single-phase forced convection of coolant, it forms a closed-loop system consisting of cold plates, CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units), pipelines and heat exchange terminals. Capable of stable cooling for high-power chips, the system supports leak detection, flow regulation and redundant backup. Compatible with mainstream server architectures, it offers a proven solution for large-scale liquid cooling deployment in modern data centers.
NTK Two-Phase Liquid Cooling System caters to ultra-high-speed computing and ultra-high power density scenarios, leveraging latent heat from working fluid phase change to achieve superior heat dissipation. Compared with single-phase solutions, the two-phase system supports higher heat flux density at the same flow rate while cutting pump power consumption and overall system PUE. At this exhibition, NTK highlighted its iterative advances in two-phase liquid cooling technology, including innovative two-phase cold plate structures, optimized working fluids and system stability control strategies.

Technical Team on Hand to Address Industry Needs Throughout the Exhibition
Throughout the show, NTK’s professional technical team was stationed at Booth C210, providing one-on-one technical consultations for visitors and deeply engaging with customized thermal management demands for data centers and intelligent computing centers.
NTK stated that with the continuous expansion of AI computing scale and rising chip power density, liquid cooling is rapidly evolving from an optional alternative to a mandatory requirement. By showcasing its full product portfolio at this exhibition, NTK aims to discuss with industry peers the pathways for large-scale implementation of liquid cooling technology in intelligent computing center infrastructure.
