NTK 2-Phase Cold Plate & NTK 2-Phase CDU

Built on a closed-loop heat exchange mechanism leveraging phase-change latent heat, NTK aluminum 2-phase cold plate weighs only 32% of an equivalent copper cold plate, while delivering an ultra-low thermal resistance of 0.0197℃/W and full compatibility with 45℃ liquid cooling operations.

The complete NTK 2-Phase Liquid Cooling System, combining NTK 2-Phase Cold Plate and NTK 2-Phase CDU, can drive data center PUE down to 1.15 and slash total TCO by 40%. NTK 2-Phase Liquid Cooling System reduces chip operating temperatures by 20℃, extending hardware service life by 2.5 to 3 times. Its lightweight form factor eliminates the need for cabinet retrofitting, enabling rapid renovation and deployment in existing data center facilities.

NTK 2-Phase Liquid Cooling System has been proved as the outstanding solutions for ultra-high heat dissipation >1200W application including high-performance GPU and AI chips, and IGBT modules. The System has passed the strict reliability validations for free-leakage and stable operating performance.

NTK 2-Phase All-In-One Liquid Cooler is designed for chips/ASIC with high heat dissipation >800W, delivers far superior thermal performance compared to most off-the-shelf single-phase ones which typically top out at around 650W.
