NTK was founded in 1988. Our business unit of thermal solution provides one-stop service to our customers from concept design, industrial design, engineering sample to mass production. The main products include HP, VC, VGA heatsinks, CPU heatsinks, accelerator card heatsinks, extrusion thermal module, skiving thermal module, liquid cold plate and special customized thermal module. Our product portfolio covers computer equipment, data center server, communication and telecommunication, industrial application, medical care, military, etc.

We have a strong R & D and engineering team. Most of our members have more than 10 years of experience in thermal solutions of electrical power and electronics. We are capable in thermal system modeling, heat flow simulation and thermal performance testing.

NTK manufacturing facility is located in Guangzhou. We have our own fin stamping workshop, HP production workshop, VC production workshop, CNC machining workshop, injection molding workshop and welding assembly production line. Product quality control is implemented strictly in every link of production.
